All our products have passed certifications such as 3C, CE, FCC, UL, RoHS, and REACH.
The required time depends on the specific requirements. If you only need to use your logo on the product and packaging materials, and the order quantity is below 100 pcs, we can ship in about 1 to 2 weeks. If there are modifications to some configurations or new packaging design is needed, and the order quantity exceeds 500 pcs, we can ship in approximately 4 weeks. If there is a need to change functionalities, redevelop the PCBA, or create a dedicated mold, it will take about 8 to 10 weeks for shipping. The specific ordering period will be accurately assessed based on the specific requirements.
For simply printing your logo on the product and outer packaging, the MOQ is 50 pcs. For changing configurations or designing new packaging, the MOQ is 500 pcs.
We typically provide a 1-year warranty, and you can choose to extend the warranty for an additional fee.
