Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 24 hours through our customer service email store@mele.cn. Please contact us via email store@mele.cn if more than 24 hours.

Returns

You may return any new device purchased that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

MeLE reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. 

Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

1. Goods with obvious signs of use,
2. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts,
3. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery,

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

To complete your return please do the following:

Re-pack the item with the labels or tags with your order number,

Send us an e-mail at store@mele.cn with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reasons.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@mele.cn.

Shipping Cost for return

1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. If you need to return, please mark the value as US$60.
3. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
4. If you are shipping an item overUS$150 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds(if applicable)

1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund when your return is received and inspected.

2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at store@mele.cn.
